We can’t tell you how much your services meant to us. Your professionalism and knowledge of the market far exceeds any realty service in the area. You knew what we wanted and helped us find it.
We had been searching for a home for over a year with other realtors. You were the only one who actually cared what we were going to buy and what the value versus the price of the home actually meant. Other realtors would take us to homes they thought would fit in our financial plan and pressure us to make a bid. You always advised us on any structural problems, permit problems or traffic noise problems that may occur. We can’t imagine what we would have gotten ‘stuck with’ had you not been at our side. We actually had equity in our home from the moment we bought it.
The first home we bought was with an exclusive Buyer’s Agent in another part of the country. We were so happy to see “Realty Consultants” here in Eugene.
